Whilst, elsewhere, most artists and clients would generally have to pay twice for the services offered by ELA Management - once for the management advice in procuring and sustaining a contract and a
second time for the legal and business affairs services required in negotiating and advising upon such a contract - ELA Management's clients have the de facto benefit of our business affairs services free
of-charge (ie. they are included in ELA's all-in-one / 'one-stop'
management package). Not only therefore does the ELA artist / client have this significant cost-benefit, but they also (through having these two critical and interlinked functions performed by one representative) have the benefit of having a fully coordinated and integrated contract
negotiation and career development strategy.
Again, ELA's in-house capabilities are enhanced by its
associations with A&R consultants, concert promoters, road-managers, film producers, talent agencies and all other types of agents necessary for the successful and long-term development of careers in the Entertainment Industry.
